• Utilizes Preferred Provider Network best discounts when in-network

Life Insurance through Aetna

• Cloud Nine pays the premium for Basic Life Insurance at 100% of base salary (max. $50,000) through Unum-Provident for all full-time employees
• Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouse, and dependent children
